Each candidate and certified trainer receives a personal account, unique ID and personal referral link. All invited clients are automatically attached to them.

A candidate or trainer receives a personal link and can invite participants to master classes, certification and other Academy events.

Automatic attachment

If a client registers or purchases through this link, they are automatically attached to the inviter.

20% reward

A 20% reward is accrued for paid events and programs. No referral reward is accrued from Membership.

What is included in the tuition fee?

The fee includes participation in the five-day Resilience Leadership Academy certification program, all educational materials, workbook, participant certificate and support throughout the program.

What is paid separately?

Accommodation at Baytur Resort & Spa, meals, transfer and travel to Issyk-Kul are paid separately by participants.

Where will participants stay?

Participants choose their room category independently when booking at Baytur Resort & Spa. The hotel offers rooms and cottages of various categories — from standard rooms to suites.

SPA center

Access to the SPA center is paid separately.

Can I come with my family?

Yes. A family may accompany the participant and stay at the hotel. However, participation in the educational program is available only to registered participants.

How can I pay for participation?

You can pay by bank card, bank transfer or other available methods. To get payment details and choose a convenient option, contact our manager on WhatsApp: +996552441447.

What if I cannot come?

If you cannot participate, please inform our manager as early as possible. If cancellation is made more than 10 calendar days before the program, the fee is refunded minus actual expenses. If cancellation is made less than 10 calendar days before the program, the fee is not refunded.

Why are seats limited?

We intentionally limit the group to 70 participants so that everyone receives maximum attention, practical work opportunities and quality feedback.
